Returns and Refunds Policy

All products are printed on demand, which means they are custom-made upon order. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, returns are only accepted in the case of faulty or defective items.

Faulty or Defective Items

• If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

• We will assess the issue and, if confirmed as a fault on our part, we will issue a replacement free of charge.

• Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not faulty, including incorrect sizes or designs ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued at our discretion and in exceptional circumstances, such as confirmed product faults.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not available for change of mind, sizing issues, or customer error.
