Returns and Refunds Policy
All products are printed on demand, which means they are custom-made upon order. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, returns are only accepted in the case of faulty or defective items.
Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

We will assess the issue and, if confirmed as a fault on our part, we will issue a replacement free of charge.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not faulty, including incorrect sizes or designs ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Refunds

Refunds will only be issued at our discretion and in exceptional circumstances, such as confirmed product faults.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not available for change of mind, sizing issues, or customer error.
